Introducing the 2025 Semillon - a true gem from the Watervale region.

Handcrafted with precision this vineyard is just 2KM from our estate. The dry growing conditions of 2025 made yields from this vineyard extremely low. The resulting fruit from the low rainfall has resulted in a fantastic wine that we have matured in large format oak. Whole clusters straight to the press ensured the purest juice without any oxidation. The bouquet reveals ripe pineapple, tantalizing tropical fruit salad, and a touch of oak which sets the scene for a unique Semillon.

The palate bursts with refreshing Fuji Apple and sweet pineapple, with a tight and firm acid profile that stimulates the senses with every sip. This Semillon truly delights, with vibrant varietal expression making it the perfect partner for oily fish, roast chicken, or succulent duck. For those who appreciate ageing wine, allow 8-10 years to reach an ideal drinking state. Just 55 dozen produced - a rarity and one to be savoured.
