This Grenache-Shiraz blend witch is traditionally a southern Rhone region blend, has been created to complement our current range of wines.
Sourced from two blocks on our estate, the Shiraz from a cooler block on the eastern side and the greanche from the western, warmer block, these varietals showcase their divisibility, with a lovely bouquet of cherry, dark cherry, cherry ripe from the Grenache and juicy red fruits from the Shiraz that bring a fantastic strawberry/raspberry mouth feel to the wine.
These two varietals harmoniously blend together provide a medium body delicate but pretty wine , perfectly paired with lighter dishes shuch as fleshy with fish, duck chicken and pork.
If cellared corectly this wine will gracefully age for 8-12 years. 13.8% alcohol
